REFUND POLICY

Zenfident HR Solutions follows a post-placement success based recruitment facilitation model.

Since service charges are collected only after 30 days of successful service delivery, NO REFUND shall be applicable under any circumstances once payment is made.

REPLACEMENT SUPPORT POLICY

Zenfident HR Solutions may provide replacement support as a goodwill service.

Replacement assistance is not a contractual obligation and depends on candidate availability, employer requirements and operational feasibility.

Providing or not providing replacement support shall not create any legal, financial or contractual liability on Zenfident HR Solutions

Replacement support is offered free of cost as a service benefit, not as a guaranteed right


For Employers:

Replacement assistance may be provided if:
• A candidate resigns
• Performance is not satisfactory
• Employer requests a replacement


For Candidates:

Replacement assistance may be provided if:
• Candidate resigns
• Employer terminates
• Candidate wants a job change


All replacement assistance is provided purely as goodwill support and does not entitle any party to claim refund or compensation.
